Which Commandment Do You Think Is the First?

To read the Bible in a year, read Mark 12:28-44.
After hearing a confrontation that Jesus had and how He had handled Himself, Mark wrote this, "Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, 'Which is the first commandment of all?'" ( Mark 12:28). Assume that you do not know how Jesus answered that question and that the scribe asked you that question. How would you have answered it and tell yourself why you would have answered it that way.
