What Is Leadership?

Read the Bible in a year by reading First Samuel 25 and 26 today.

What is leadership? Or perhaps I should be more specific and ask, What is leadership in the church? Is it the privilege to be served or to serve? Jesus said, "But not so among you; on the contrary, he who is greatest among you, let him be as the younger, and he who governs as he who serves" ( Luke 22:26).
