The Lord in Everything

Read the Bible in a year by reading James 4 today.

Rather than making plans without considering the Lord's will in our lives, James said,

Instead you ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that" ( James 4:15).

Do not only ask if the Lord permits certain things in church life, but also ask if He permits us to do all things in our lives. Does He want me to conduct business in this city or that? Is it His will that I do this or that? Do you get the idea? See that the Lord is over all the affairs of your life.
