Do People Know How You Live?

By Don Ruhl (August 26, 2008)

To read the Bible in a year, read Acts 20:17-38.

As Paul headed to Jerusalem, he wanted to talk to the Ephesian elders, but he did not want to spend too much time there that he would miss a feast of the Jews, and so he went to a city close by and called for the elders ( Acts 20:16, 17). When they arrived, listen to the first words he spoke to them, "You know, from the first day that I came to Asia, in what manner I always lived among you..." ( Acts 20:18). They did know how he lived and Paul was not ashamed of it.

Could I say the same thing to my elders or congregation?
