IT IS SAD to hear people say: "I know he must have loved me, but I never heard him say it..."

Listen to parents who gather around their child's casket sobbing, "When she left for school today, we had been arguing." Funeral home walls echo with the wails of spouses who loudly proclaim their love to a corpse. For what moments are people waiting to say the words, "I love you"? What prompting do we need to reassure with words those who means the most to us in life? Don't wait! Every day, in every way, say, "I love you" to your husband or wife, children, Christian brethren, and above all, almighty God. (John T. Polk II, Gospel Advocate, used with permission)
